Traci Winslow

Traci Winslow is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists, the largest orthopaedic practice in Hampton Roads, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Traci held various positions at Southern Trust Mortgage from September 2010 to October 2022, including Sales & Marketing Liaison, Marketing Manager, and Director of Marketing. Traci also served as Marketing Director for Long & Foster Realtors, Inc. from 2000 to 2007, focusing on new construction sites and personal marketing for real estate agents. Earlier in Traci's career, a role as District Manager from 1992 to 1999 was held at Earth Friendly Company, overseeing 12 nature retail stores from Virginia Beach to Washington DC. Traci earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Virginia Wesleyan University (1987-1991) and graduated from Bayside High School (1985-1987).
