Scott Philips

Scott Philips has over 15 years of experience developing data science and machine learning technologies for defense and intelligence applications. Prior to Vannevar, Scott was Vice President at Systems & Technology Research (STR) where he led their analytics business with the Intelligence Community. In addition, he has led engineering efforts at Palantir Technologies and MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

Scott has a Ph.D. from the University of Washington where he studied machine learning for active sonar systems.
