Michael Sturgess

Michael Sturgess has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Business Quality Manager at Vanquis Bank in 2017 and then transitioned to become a Customer Operations Manager at Cabot Credit Management in 2018. In 2020, they founded SWYM Interactive Limited and created SWYMLINE, an innovative home swimming training program. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Debt Sale at Vanquis Bank since 2021.
