Paul Hillier

Paul Hillier has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and technical support, currently serving as Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Vanquis Bank since August 2013. Throughout this tenure, Paul has progressed through various roles, including Infrastructure Delivery Engineer and Infrastructure Support Engineer, with a strong focus on supporting both physical and virtual server environments. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Technical Support Engineer, providing 2nd and 3rd line support to over 1,000 users across multiple countries. Additional experience includes roles as Deployment Engineer at Atos, Technical Support Engineer in a secure government department, and 2nd Line Support Technician at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory. Paul holds a BA/BSc degree in Economics and Management from Southbank University, completed in 2000.
