Rachel Howatson

Rachel Howatson is a Lead Analyst at Vanquis Bank since April 2019, focusing on the development and delivery of Existing Customer Marketing campaigns to enhance customer usage and minimize attrition. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Senior Analyst at First Insight, Inc. from June 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included developing statistical methods for predictions, implementing A/B and multivariate testing, automating reports, and segmenting customers for targeted marketing efforts. Rachel holds a BSc in Mathematics from King's College London, completed between 2012 and 2015.
