Leah Otter

Leah Otter is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and customer service. Currently serving as the COO Strategy Delivery Lead at Vanquis Banking Group since June 2023, Leah previously held the position of Associate COO Strategy Manager at Vanquis Bank from April 2019 to June 2023. Earlier roles include Senior Customer Account Agent at Vanquis Bank and Teaching Assistant at Meadowfield School, where Leah specialized in supporting special needs students. Additionally, Leah gained front-of-house experience as a Receptionist at Swallows Leisure Centre from February 2014 to April 2017.
