Zachary Fabi has a diverse work experience. Zachary co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Vanta Leagues since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Performance Improvement Analyst II from September 2017 to February 2021. There, they led the deployment of Lean tools and methodologies on a global scale. Zachary also facilitated various improvement events. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, they served in the US Army from May 2015 to May 2017 as a Sergeant and HEMMT Truck Commander. During their time in the army, they received an Army Achievement Medal for outstanding service. Zachary was responsible for the safe transport of Army Tactical Missile Systems and the maintenance of military vehicles. Additionally, they worked as an intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2014 to May 2015, where they were involved in the PPI Business System.
Zachary Fabi began their education at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied Engineering/Industrial Management from 2009 to 2013. After completing their studies at West Point, they attended The Ohio State University from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Zachary holds a certification as a HQDA Lean Six Sigma Army Green Belt, which they obtained from the US Army in May 2013.
