Vanta's Mission: To help companies grow by connecting them with new team members who embody that company’s intellectual, cultural, and emotional DNA.

We’ve spent time as both external and internal recruiters and as HR professionals. We’ve noticed that there’s a large gap in what people want from a recruiting agency and what they get. All companies want team members and colleagues they can rely on and work side-by-side with, but most recruiting efforts focus on just matching skills to needs. While skills are important, knowing that your newest teammate is someone who you actually want to work with, who fits the culture, and who wants to be part of your mission is even more important. We started VANTA Partners with the goal of creating a unique experience that not only finds the best skillset match, but that methodically evaluates company culture and mission to find candidates that are naturally aligned. We apply process to tease out important characteristics of your company and team, and then mirror those processes in recommending prospective team members who can also add diversity and new perspectives.

THE VANTA DIFFERENCE:
● Integrity, Intelligence, Energy
● Interview to Hire Ratio of 4:1 to beat industry average of 7:1
● 85% of placements are made with passive job seekers
● Availability of contingent recruiting model - used by most clients when placing a few roles (no initial out of pocket)
● Availability of fractional recruiting model (similar to retained) - used by most clients when placing multiple roles in a short time frame (increased savings and return)
● Unique viewpoint from both internal and external recruiting careers
