Chrissie Cronin serves as the Director of Strategic Customer Success at Vanta since November 2024. Previously, Chrissie held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Mutiny from July 2023 to May 2024, where responsibility included the entire post-sale experience and notable improvement of GDR by 23%. At 6sense, from September 2021 to July 2023, Chrissie excelled as Regional Vice President of Customer Success, achieving a GDR of 93% and an NDR of 125%. In addition, Chrissie contributed to Stage 2 Capital as Director of Customer Success for the Enterprise segment and was a member of the Emerging Leaders Syndicate. Chrissie also worked at Drift from August 2017 to September 2021, advancing from Senior Manager to Director of Customer Success and significantly scaling the team. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and studies at the University of Queensland.
