Iccha Sethi

Iccha Sethi currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Vanta, leading the Engineering and Support organization since February 2024. Prior to this role, Iccha held the position of Senior Director of Engineering for Compute Products at GitHub from September 2020 to February 2024, overseeing multiple product portfolios, including Actions and Codespaces. Previously, Iccha was the Director of Engineering for the Architecture Zone at InVision and also contributed as a Principal Engineer under the Office of CTO. Additional experience includes roles at Atlassian as a Principal Developer for Stride, a Senior Software Developer at Rackspace, and contributions to OpenStack projects. Iccha co-founded Let's Code Blacksburg! to promote technology education in the community and worked as a Research Assistant at the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
