Bryan Finlayson, PMP®

Bryan Finlayson, PMP®, has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Bryan currently serves as the Product Operations Manager at Vantaca, where they are responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence to improve efficiency and performance for the Product Team. Bryan also manages all projects associated with the Product and Engineering teams and tracks team KPIs and OKRs to ensure organizational objectives are met. Prior to this role, Bryan worked as a Senior Project Manager at Vantaca.

Before joining Vantaca, Bryan was a Software Project Manager at CastleBranch, where they oversaw and managed various software projects. Bryan also worked as a Digital Content Project Manager at LPL Financial, overseeing and managing digital content projects across all of LPL's digital platforms.

Earlier in their career, Bryan served as a Digital Project Manager at Townsquare Interactive, where they successfully managed numerous web design projects and achieved high project completion rates. Bryan also worked as a Delivery Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter at ettain group, a talent solutions company specializing in IT, healthcare IT, and digital creative.

Bryan Finlayson, PMP®, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University. Bryan attended the university from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Bryan obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2020.
