Suzette Alvarez

Suzette Alvarez is an experienced operations specialist with a diverse background in education and customer support. At Rabbu, from 2018 to January 2023, Suzette trained overseas team members, managed frontline staff, onboarded over 100 units, established vendor relationships, and delivered exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes serving as an educational specialist at Dream Builders Communication, Inc. and a teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools, where Suzette held leadership roles and contributed to school improvement initiatives. Earlier in the career, at Apple, Suzette fostered customer relationships and facilitated educational workshops. Suzette holds a Master of Arts in Special Education from West Virginia University, a certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
