Victor Hew is a seasoned creative professional currently serving as the Global Branding Creative Lead at Vantage since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Creative at FINXFLO, where responsibilities encompassed understanding marketing strategies, collaborating on visual concepts, and supporting organizational goals. Victor has a rich history in the art direction field, having worked as a Senior Art Director in freelancing and at Cowan-NDH Singapore, alongside multiple senior creative positions at Resorts World Sentosa, HOLMES & MARCHANT SINGAPORE, and McCann-Erickson. Victor began the journey in advertising with a diploma from ARTES College of Art & Design and has accumulated extensive experience across various reputable agencies since 2004.
