Marissa LaVigne has extensive experience in marketing and loyalty programs, working in various roles at different companies. Marissa started their career as a Market Research Consultant at Resource Systems Group in 2006, where they conducted research for Motorola's Device Portfolio Optimization project. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Staff Consultant at Frank Lynn & Associates before joining United Airlines.

During their time at United Airlines, Marissa held several positions, including Loyalty Redemption Manager, Manager of Loyalty Chase Program Marketing, and Senior Manager of Loyalty Co-Brand Marketing. In these roles, they led various marketing and retention strategies for United's Cardmembers, developed Cardmember surveys, collaborated with stakeholders to create marketing assets, and managed Cardmember event programs.
