Stewart Steeves

Stewart Steeves has a wealth of experience in the aviation industry. Stewart currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Vantage Airport Group. Prior to this, they held various roles at LaGuardia Gateway Partners, including Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors. In these positions, they led the transformation of LaGuardia Airport and oversaw a multi-billion dollar development project. Stewart also held leadership positions at Hamilton International Airport, Vantage Airport Group, Liverpool Airport Limited, and Nassau Airport Development Co, where they served as President and CEO. Before entering the aviation industry, Steeves gained experience in finance and banking at Vancouver Airport Authority and HSBC Bank Canada. Stewart began their career as a Project Manager at Turner Construction.

Stewart Steeves has a diverse and extensive education history. From 1988 to 1992, they attended the University of Toronto, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1994 to 1996, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance.

In addition to their academic degrees, Steeves obtained two notable certifications. In June 2001, they earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. This certification showcases their expertise and knowledge in the field of finance. Furthermore, in November 2011, Steeves obtained the Professional Engineer (PEng) certification from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC), highlighting their competence in engineering.
