Jay Leal

Jay Leal is an experienced Chief Information Officer with a demonstrated history of leadership in the banking sector, having held key positions at Vantage Bank Texas and Inter National Bank. Prior to that, Jay served as Assistant Vice President at First National Bank. Jay earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1998.
