Clarence has held various leadership positions, including Head of Legal & Compliance - Asia at Vantage Capital Markets HK Ltd, where they were responsible for the company's legal and regulatory matters in Asia. Prior to that, they served as the Group General Counsel at Nittan Capital for 12 years. Clarence also worked at BondsInAsia Limited as General Counsel & Head of Strategy, where they set up an inter-dealer electronic trading platform for Asian fixed income. Before transitioning into the finance industry, they started their career as a lawyer at Ladner Downs (now Borden Ladner Gervais). Clarence has a diverse background in investment banking, listing management, and legal expertise.
