Alyssa Thelen

Alyssa Thelen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and recruiting. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Program Manager at Global TeamVantage Data Centers since May 2025, Alyssa designs impactful development programs to enhance leadership and foster a culture of growth within the organization. Previously, Alyssa led initiatives for new hire onboarding and talent development at Gusto from September 2015 to May 2025, where notable achievements included the scaling of the Leadership Development program. Additional experience includes leading a learning group at The Mintable and working as a Senior Recruiter at TubeMogul, Inc., demonstrating a strong ability to recruit and develop top talent. Alyssa holds two Bachelor's degrees in Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the University of Utah.
