James Shavers

James Shavers is an experienced professional in project management and controls, currently serving as the Director of the Development Management Office and Global Project Controls at Vantage Data Centers since January 2022. Previously, James held multiple roles at ExxonMobil from May 2009 to February 2021, including Project Controls Manager and Business Lead, overseeing significant projects such as the Unconventional Project portfolio with an annual budget exceeding $1.5 billion and a $3 billion offshore development project in Vietnam. James also contributed to Whirlpool Corporation as a Project Manager and served in the US Army as a Captain, managing complex equipment and budgetary responsibilities. James holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
