Ophir Rahmani

Ophir Rahmani currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for North America at Vantage Data Centers since May 2025. Prior to this role, Ophir held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at Redaptive, Inc. from August 2023 to May 2025, overseeing enterprise transformation, engineering, strategic sourcing, service delivery, and customer success. From March 2019 to March 2023, Ophir was the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at Lumen Technologies, leading a team of 4,000 and focusing on operational strategies for revenue growth and customer experience enhancement. Previously, at Level 3 Communications from 2006 to March 2019, Ophir advanced through various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Care, Operations, and Supply Chain, driving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Ophir’s educational background includes Executive Leadership Programs from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the University of Denver, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
