Colin Lobo

Colin Lobo is an experienced technical manager with a comprehensive background in rig management and project leadership within the drilling industry. Currently serving at Vantange Drilling since April 2021, Colin also holds the position of Adhoc Project Manager, focusing on rig management. Previously, at Seadrill from August 2013 to March 2021, Colin was a rig manager and technical leader, providing critical technical advice for drilling operations and ensuring projects were executed safely and efficiently. Colin's tenure at Transocean spanned over a decade, where multiple roles as rig manager involved managing deepwater expeditions and overseeing rig divestitures and asset planning across various regions. Early career roles included positions at Cliffs Drilling Company, Well Services Group, and Reading & Bates Development Company, contributing expertise in mechanical supervision and engineering.
