Spencer Quart

Spencer Quart has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Spencer is currently working at Vantage Elevation as the Director of Sourcing since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Commodity Manager at Vantage Elevation from June 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Vantage Elevation, Spencer worked at Parker Hannifin as the Materials Manager from July 2020 to June 2022. Spencer also served as a Commodity Manager at Parker Hannifin from September 2017 to July 2020.

Spencer's earlier experience includes working at PBC Linear, a Pacific Bearing Company, as the Supply Chain Manager from January 2016 to September 2017 and as a Systems Analyst from November 2014 to January 2016. Spencer also worked at Impact Plastics as a Product Development Engineer from November 2011 to November 2014.

Spencer's career began at Altra Industrial Motion, where they served as a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator from July 2005 to November 2011. Throughout their career, Spencer has developed expertise in sourcing, commodity management, materials management, supply chain, systems analysis, product development, and lean manufacturing coordination.

Spencer Quart's education history includes a variety of certifications and degrees. In 2009, they attended DeVry University, where they obtained a BSTM (Bachelor of Science in Technology Management) with a focus on Operations Management. Spencer continued their education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2012 to 2013, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Sustainability Management. In 2019, Spencer pursued an Executive Supply Chain Certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" through Coursera Verified Certificates in November 2014.
