Misha Dixon

Misha Dixon is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Altro Limited since January 2023. Previously, Misha worked at EUROPEAN TYRE ENTERPRISE LIMITED as a People Innovation & Transformation Partner from November 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included creating a culture focused on attraction, retention, and succession, while collaborating with senior managers on projects to enhance employee experience. Misha's earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden and Affinity Water, as well as HR Advisor/HR Administrator at EUROPEAN TYRE ENTERPRISE LIMITED, where management of employee relations for a national workforce of 1500 was a key focus. Misha began a career in HR at LV= as a Pensions Administrator. Misha holds a degree in English and Media from the University of Derby and completed GCSE and A Level education at Hitchin Girls School.
