Tom Drake

Tom Drake has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Tom began their career at H.B. Fuller Company in 1990, where they held the position of Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRMS until 2004. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, a DuPont Company, as the Director of Total Rewards. Following that, they joined CommScope as the Vice President of Total Rewards from 2015 to 2022. Currently, Tom is serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Vantage Elevation since 2023.

Tom Drake completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1985 to 1988. Tom then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also pursued an additional Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Food & Agribusiness at MS-MBA Purdue and Indiana.
