Jennifer Pollard, EdD, SMS, GCDF, serves as the Director of Talent and Client Solutions at Vantage Executive & Career Services since 2019, where expertise includes executive outplacement and talent development. Concurrently, Jennifer Pollard is a Managing Consultant at ConnecTTall Resource Group, focusing on leadership development, HR/OD consulting, and customized training initiatives.
