Daniel Henry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and plant management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Knouse Foods since January 2024, Daniel also holds the position of Plant Manager at Egg Gourmet Solutions since October 2021 and has been the Systems Integrity Superintendent at Vantage Foods Inc. since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Daniel worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at AAF International from October 2015 to September 2016 and spent over 18 years at Fry Communications in various maintenance-related positions. Daniel's career demonstrates a strong focus on overseeing machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, as well as managing and training teams effectively. Daniel's educational background includes attendance at West Perry High from 1983 to 1996.

Vantage Foods is a private, family-owned business and currently operates three state-of-the-art food processing facilities; two in Canada and one in the USA. We call these facilities Service Centres, which provide unique, retail-ready service programs for fresh meats to progressive retailers. Our products include beef, pork, veal, ground beef, and fresh sausage produced within our Service Centres. We’re excited about expanding our operations in 2018 in our Belleville, Ontario facility to include seafood products.
