Janette Adair

Janette Adair has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Janette is currently working as the VP of Compliance & Regulatory at Vantage Risk Companies since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the AVP - Sr Regulatory Counsel at Berkley Life Sciences (a W. R. Berkley Company) from September 2014 to September 2021.

Before joining Berkley Life Sciences, Janette held roles at Argo Group US, Inc. as the AVP - Sr Regulatory Counsel from July 2012 to August 2014, and as a Regulatory Counsel from June 2011 to July 2012.

Janette also worked as Legal Counsel at the Nebraska Department of Insurance from January 2004 to June 2011. Additionally, they have teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Concordia University, Nebraska from November 2008 to May 2011 and as Affiliate Faculty, Professional Studies at Southwestern College from September 2004 to May 2010.

Janette's earlier experience includes serving as the Mayor of City of Broken Bow from 1996 to 1998 and as City Council President from 1994 to 1996.

Janette Adair completed their education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with Distinction degree in 2003. Prior to that, they graduated from Broken Bow High School. Janette also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Magna Cumme Laude degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including the ARe, ASLI, MCM, and CPCU certifications, although the specific institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
