Jim O'Hara

Jim O'Hara has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Jim is currently working as the Vice President of Underwriting for Cyber, Tech E&O, and Media at Vantage Risk Companies since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance from 2016 to 2022, including Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Underwriter. In these roles, they focused on underwriting MPL, Tech E&O, and Cyber for clients with over $500M in revenue. Before joining Berkshire Hathaway, Jim worked at AIG as a Senior Production Specialist from 2008 to 2016 and as a Summer Associate in 2007.

Jim O'Hara attended the University of Dayton from 2004 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. In 2012, they obtained the Register Professional Liability Underwriter certification from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
