Eric Winkler

Eric Winkler is an IT Tech Support Specialist at Vantage Health Plan since March 2020, previously serving as an IT Support Specialist Intern at Monroe City Hall's IT Division from July 2019 to March 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Food Service Supervisor at Chick-fil-A Restaurant from March 2011 to June 2019, where Eric managed administrative tasks, labor, customer service, inventory, payroll, and marketing efforts. Eric Winkler holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisiana Monroe (2016-2020) and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Louisiana Delta Community College-Monroe Campus (2015-2016).
