Farhana Murshed MA, LAC, LCADC, NCC is a seasoned clinician currently employed at Vantage Health System, Inc. since February 2022. With a robust background in mental health counseling, Farhana previously served as a CADC Counselor Intern at Straight and Narrow, Inc. from September 2016 to June 2021, where counseling and treatment services were provided to clients with addictive disorders. Farhana also completed a Master's level Counselor Internship at Montclair State University, focusing on counseling adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges. Additional experience includes volunteer counseling at Sakhi for South Asian Women, bilingual counseling at Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre, and administrative roles in the NHS and The Medical Foundation for the Care of the Victims of Torture. Farhana holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University, a Foundation Degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from UCL.
