Michael joined Vantage in 2015 and brings a wealth of leadership development experience to the firm. Prior to joining Vantage, he was the SVP, Regional Director of Talent Development for Lee Hecht Harrison in the Midwest for almost 10 years and was primarily responsible for leading complex, talent- development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Michael currently leads Vantage’s Talent Development practice and is highly involved in Selection and Assessment, Board Evaluation, Executive Coaching, Team Effectiveness, and Leadership Development.
