Additionally, they gained valuable experience at Transparency Market Research Pvt. Ltd. as a Research Analyst, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. Neha also worked briefly as a Customer Technical Support Associate at Prescient Color Ltd and as an intern at Pidilite Industries.

Neha Rathod Godbole earned their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2009-2013.
