Lance Sauter

Lance Sauter serves as the Regional Sales Manager at Blue Raven Solar, leading sales operations across multiple states including Colorado, North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, and Arizona since October 2020. In addition to overseeing branch efficiencies and training new sales representatives, Lance has played a key role in expanding the company’s territories. Since May 2017, Lance has also been the Sales Manager at Vantage Marketing, where responsibilities include directing sales team meetings, improving sales techniques, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Advertising for the Northern Illinois University Student Association, where Lance engaged local businesses for advertising opportunities, and as a Sales Partner at Apex Energy Solutions, focusing on window replacement partnerships. Lance earned a degree from Northern Illinois University between 2016 and 2020.
