Russell Bennett has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. Russell began their career in 2008 as a Construction Labourer at Lovell Concrete Services. In 2010, they became an Engineering Praktikant (Intern) at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. In 2013, they moved into the role of Immigration Adviser at Multi Travel Visas. In 2015, they worked as a Design Engineer at Aero Tec Laboratories LTD. and as a Machine Operator at Reedbut Group Ltd. In 2017, they became a Motorcycle Design Engineer at Herald Motor Co. In 2019, they began working at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. as a Powertrain Package Integration Expert - Mid Engine, Project Engineer - Base Engines, Project Engineer -SVO powertrain & Chassis, and Senior CAD Engineer - SVO Powertrain. In 2018, they took on the role of Lead Engineer at Phillipi Design ltd. and in 2022, they began working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Vantage Power.

Russell Bennett attended Corndel project management school from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained a Diploma in Project Management. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Business.
