Hayden Scott-Dye

Hayden Scott-Dye serves as the Head of Engineering and Construction at Vantage RE Limited since April 2023. Previously, Hayden held the position of Project Principal - Renewables at Mott MacDonald from January 2018 to April 2023, and served as Project Electrical Engineer at Tidal Lagoon Power between July 2015 and December 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as Solar Farm Project Manager and Developer at Good Energy from November 2011 to July 2015. Prior to that, Hayden worked at Meridian Energy from January 2007 to July 2011 in various electrical engineering roles, including Project Electrical Engineer for the Te Uku Windfarm and Technical Engineer for the Electric Vehicle Programme. Initial experience includes a Student Electrical Engineer position at Transfield Holdings and a Trainee Electrical Technician role at ABB. Hayden holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Auckland, completed between 2003 and 2006.
