Jill Schloss

Jill (Langlas) Schloss is a highly experienced professional in the chemical and pharmaceuticals industries, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Performance Technologies at Vantage Specialty Chemicals since November 2022. Previously, Jill held various roles at Vantage, including Senior Product Manager for Bio-Based Intermediates and Glycerin. Jill also served as Chief of Staff at Ruggable and worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, contributing to sustainability and technology projects. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, Jill has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and has completed an exchange program at the University of Wollongong. Early career experiences include engineering roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, where Jill managed significant capital projects and served on the Diversity and Inclusion Council.
