Edzel has been in the property industry since 2007. After earning a degree and obtaining license as a registered mechanical engineer, He embarked on his career in Philippines, progressing to take up a role in Facilities Management where he managed shopping centres.

Being presented with the opportunity to work overseas, he moved to Singapore where he gained comprehensive experience in a property developer role involving strata titled developments in the following areas:

Facilities Management

• Procurement of service contracts

• Building maintenance

• Compliances

• Customer Service

After spending eight years in Singapore, Edzel immigrated to Australia and joined the team at Vantage Strata. Edzel has been focusing on the Facilities Management services offered by Vantage Strata providing a best service to our clients.
