Jan Kapal

Jan Kapal is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Infrastructure Implementation Manager at Vantage Towers since June 2020. Previously, Jan held the position of Project Planning Manager at Vodafone, focusing on consulting services related to optimization and project management of cross-company initiatives. At T-Mobile Czech Republic, Jan advanced through various significant roles, including the Senior Head of Site Management, with extensive management responsibilities and budget oversight. Jan began a career in project management at RadioMobil, a T-Mobile subsidiary, and holds a university degree in management of technology companies from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
