Norman Gilles

Norman Gilles has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Group Lead Site Acquisition for Vantage Towers since July 2020, overseeing a team that focuses on achieving organizational goals and securing mobile location contracts. Prior to this role, Norman held various positions at Vodafone from April 2000 to June 2020, including Expert Site Management, where responsibilities included partner management for site acquisition and network expansion for 4G and 5G, as well as significant roles in radio network planning and program management. Earlier career experience includes planning the access network for Mannesmann Mobilfunk GmbH and serving in the Bundeswehr. Norman began formal education in communication electronics at Deutsche Telekom, followed by further qualifications in data processing at Heinz Nixdorf Berufskolleg Essen.
