Sultan Alrajhi

Sultan Alrajhi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and strategic HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Organizational Effectiveness at Vantage Towers since November 2022, Sultan oversees HR strategies, talent management, and organizational design across eight countries in Europe. Previous roles include HR Talent and Development at Verisure and Independent HR Consultant, where Sultan implemented learning and development programs and provided strategic HR consulting. Sultan's professional journey also includes positions at MASIC as HR Manager, Willis Towers Watson as HR Business Consultant, and Al Rajhi Bank focusing on talent and organization development. Sultan holds a BA (Hons) in Business with Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and has furthered education at Melbourne Business School.
