Daniel Townsend

Daniel Townsend has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Daniel started in 1986 with Discover Financial Services, where they held HR Manager roles for 12 years. From there, they moved on to America Online, where they worked as a Senior Human Resource Manager, overseeing an HR organization of 8 employees. During their time at AOL, they led a project to significantly expand the staff size of one location. In 2006, they joined Honeywell Aerospace as a Senior Human Resource Manager and later became a Senior Human Resource Generalist. In these roles, they provided leadership development and coaching, managed talent, and supported strategy deployment. Daniel also formed their own company, Townsend Mediation, LLC, where they served as the Managing Partner. Most recently, they have been working at Vantage West Credit Union, where they have held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Loss Mitigation and Loan Servicing, Chief Associate Affairs (Human Resource) Officer, and currently, SVP of HR and Organizational Development.
