Michelle Goeppner

Michelle Goeppner has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on lending and product management. Michelle currently holds the role of Vice President, Consumer Lending & Product Strategy at Vantage West Credit Union. Prior to this, Michelle held leadership positions at Alliant Credit Union, including Vice President, Lending Asset Transformation, Director, Lending Product Management, Strategy & Analytics, and Senior Manager, Product Management & Strategy, Lending. Michelle was responsible for optimizing lending processes, implementing automation and analytics, and managing product development and strategy. Before joining Alliant Credit Union, Michelle worked at MB Financial Bank, Sears Holdings Corporation, Rewards Network, and Discover Financial Services, where they gained experience in marketing, loyalty programs, and partnership management. Michelle began their career as a Public Relations Representative at Safeco Insurance.

Michelle Goeppner has a diverse education history. Michelle obtained an Executive Certification in Product Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business at an unspecified time. In 2006, they completed a Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University. Prior to that, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University in 1999. Alongside their academic achievements, Michelle has also obtained additional certifications. Michelle became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2022. In October 2017, they obtained a Product Management Certification from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Furthermore, Michelle acquired a Real Estate License from IDFPR (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation) in February 2013.
