Monica Dupnik

Monica Dupnik has held various roles in their work experience. In 1997, they worked as an Individual Market Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona until 1999. From 2000 to 2016, they served as a Benefits Consultant at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc., specializing in healthcare insurance. Starting in 2016, Monica joined Tucson Electric Power as a Manager, overseeing health and welfare benefit programs and HRMS. In 2018, they transitioned to Vantage West Credit Union as the Director of Benefits and Employee Services, responsible for managing benefit programs and ensuring compliance. Currently, Monica serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the City of Tucson since 2020. Additionally, they have been a member of Angel Charity for Children Inc since 2009.

Monica Dupnik attended the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in June 2021 and Arizona Life and Health Producers License from the State of Arizona in January 1998.
