Ethan Underhill

Ethan Underhill is the Manager of Associates at Vantage Partners, where Ethan oversees the development, staffing, and feedback process for entry-level Analysts and Project Specialists. Ethan also serves as a Communications Officer at Urban Rural Action, working on nonpartisan initiatives to strengthen communities. In the past, Ethan served as a Justice of the Peace in Massachusetts and as a Research Analyst at Spencer Stuart, where Ethan conducted background research and managed presentation materials. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Connecticut College.
