Andrés Medina Martin

Andrés Medina Martin is the founding partner and project director at Vantaz Group, with over 18 years of experience providing consultancy in industries such as mining, telecommunications, financial services, forestry, and energy. Prior to Vantaz Group, Andrés served as a senior consultant at Ernst & Young from December 1997 to June 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, a graduate degree from the Executive Management Program at INCAE Business School, a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Universidad Alberto Hurtado, recognition in the Chilean Excellence Management Model from Chile Calidad, a licentiate degree from Universidad del Mar, and training in Agile project management with Scrum from SCM Capacitaciones.
