Hendrik Schmidt

Hendrik Schmidt is a marketing professional with over seven years of experience in the field. Hendrik is currently the Marketing Lead at Vantik, a position they have held since May 2021. In this role, Hendrik is responsible for the growth of Vantikcard and building a strong community on social media. Hendrik coordinates a team of three marketing talents and is responsible for a six-figure marketing budget per month. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of marketing and communication for the company, including coordinating events, creating marketing materials, and managing the company’s social media presence.

Before that, Hendrik was the Public Relations Specialist at Hypoport SE from April 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company’s public image and coordinating all PR activities.

Hendrik began their career as a working student in e-commerce at Cornelsen Verlag GmbH in September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s e-commerce platform. Hendrik left this position in April 2018 to pursue a career in marketing and communication.

Hendrik Schmidt has a Master of Arts in Media and Communication Management from Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Management from the same school. Hendrik also has a certification in Test of English as a Foreign Language from ETS Global B.V.. Hendrik's work experience includes Social Media Manager at Studiengemeinschaft Darmstadt GmbH and Management Assistant in Digital and Print Media at Leopold-Ullstein-Schule.

Hendrik Schmidt reports to Til Klein, Founder & CEO. They work with Anna Lena Zeisbrich - Chief Product Officer, Sabino Papagna - CTO, and Christina Rieger - Customer Operations Lead.
