Carli Hickman

Carli Hickman is an accomplished professional in process excellence and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Head of Global Process Excellence at AIVantive since August 2025. Previously, Carli held multiple senior leadership roles at BD from January 2009 to July 2025, including Sr. Director of Business Process Excellence and Chief of Staff. Carli also worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Global Head of Strategy & Operations and at NextGen Healthcare as Vice President of Business Transformation. Carli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego and a degree in Corporate Strategic Growth from Columbia University.
