Elaine E. Oh, ACC, CPCC, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Vantive since February 2025, Elaine previously held similar positions at Baxter International Inc. (March 2017 - January 2025) and Pfizer (November 2011 - February 2017), specializing in global talent management and organizational development. Earlier roles include Director of Culture and Engagement at Kraft Foods Group and Director of HR Business Partner and Organization Capability COE at PepsiAmericas, where Elaine led change management initiatives post-merger. Elaine's educational background includes a MA in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
