James Prutow

James Prutow is the Co-Founder of Atmas Health and serves as an Operating Executive with The Carlyle Group's Healthcare Team. Since 2005, they have held various leadership roles across the healthcare sector, including Director at PRTM and Partner at PwC Consulting. They have contributed to business development and strategy at companies such as Baxter Healthcare and GeneLogic, and have extensive experience in healthcare M&A. James is also a board member at QuidelOrtho and CorroHealth, and is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, a B.S. in Genetics, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, along with an MBA from Golden Gate University.
