Juanita Borda Saenz

Juanita Borda Saenz has extensive experience in organizational performance and management consulting, currently serving as Representante Colombia at Vanto Group since 2005, specializing in designing and implementing initiatives for exceptional organizational results. Prior to this role, Juanita was the Directora Egresados at INALDE from March 2000 to December 2004, overseeing various programs including entrepreneurship projects and international business initiatives. Additionally, Juanita held positions as Gerente Ventas at Lufthansa Lineas Aereas Alemanas from May 1985 to January 1992 and worked in reinsurance at Münchener Rück from January 1982 to October 1984. Juanita holds a degree in Programa de Desarrollo Directivo from INALDE, completed in 2002.
